The packaging shows little wear and the blades are in their original red tube packaging with possibly some light surface rust due to age & should not affect the performance of the cutting edge These blades are two to a package and Manufactured from the highest quality carbon steel. Use these blades for very precise carving of light- to medium-density woods and other light- to medium-weight materials Please see all pictures for details.
